In Luxembourg, common myths associated with disability can generate a number of social obstacles. Conventional methods used to raise disability awareness fail to effectively alter this perception within society.
Watassnormal.lu fills this gap by offering a digital platform which challenges the notion that has long been attached to the word “normal.” This site acts as a resource for spreading information on disabilities with the intention of making society more inclusive.
The project consists of stories and stories highlight the experience of persons with disability and make them the heroes. By doing this, it encourages the visitors to question what they consider normal.
