Izly is a high-frequency financial product where usability, trust, and accessibility are non-negotiable. The existing web and app experience had evolved incrementally over time, resulting in fragmented flows, inconsistent patterns, and accessibility gaps that directly impacted user confidence and task completion. The challenge was to redesign the product without disrupting learned behaviors, while raising the overall quality bar to meet WCAG and RGAA standards.
I led the end-to-end redesign, focusing on simplifying core financial flows, clarifying information hierarchy, and embedding accessibility at the system level rather than treating it as a layer on top. In parallel, I evolved the internal design system to ensure long-term consistency and scalability across platforms, working closely with developers to align design decisions with technical constraints. The outcome is a clearer, more inclusive experience built to scale and withstand future product growth.
