Izly is a high-frequency financial product for which accessibility, usability, and trust are prerequisites. Fragmented flows, inconsistent patterns, and accessibility gaps having been progressively created in the current web and app experience, user confidence and task completion were directly impacted. The challenge was to redesign the product according to the needs of the WCAG and RGAA while maintaining user-learned behaviors.
I led the complete redesign, focusing on simplifying key financial workflows, clarifying the information hierarchy, and embedding accessibility at the system level rather than as an afterthought. In collaboration with developers, design decisions were aligned with technological constraints; the internal design framework was iteratively developed to ensure long-term consistency and scalability across platforms.
